You can also carry concealed into businesses with posted signs banning and not be charged with a crime as long as you leave when asked. So if you properly conceal you can basically legally carry in any business.

Like this one too

House Bill 1143 prevents school districts from effectively prohibiting the possession of firearms in private motor vehicles on school property by limiting their authority to regulate the manner in which they are stored in locked cars and trucks.

So, exactly what CHL holders have always done?

Haven't seen this one. Are you talking about properly posted 30.06 signs or just a sign that says, "No Guns"?

"No Gun" signs have never been enough to start with.

It's ironic to me that we now have to have laws outlining what we are allowed to do.

There ought to be a state list similar to the Do Not Call List just to put all that blanket permission out there.

How does the nude photo sending law work across state lines (what if the sender is sending from out of state or what if the recipient is out of state). How does the law apply in those situations?

I wonder if there's a First Amendment defense to the nude pics law.

Reading some of these. So you can't send nude pics, but anyone can flop out tits in public to breastfeed.

I thought Republicans/conservatives were for individual freedoms and rights. This seems like a pretty big middle finger to private property rights and business owners.

It's more of a middle finger to mindless idiots. It also allows there public a better opportunity to defend themselves against criminals.

I also cut through parking lots, park in expectant mother spots, and take condiment packets from restaurants I don't intend to immediately use.

And because of this law they are now subject to the same consequences as ignoring a 30.06 sign.

21 to buy tobacco is stupid. So a 18 year old can sign up to fight for his county at 18 but he can't legelly buy a can of snuff or other forms of tobacco.

I think it will help keep it out of the high schools. Not that they still won't get it, it will just be more difficult.
