Businesses still have recourse if you refuse to leave. You only have to be asked once. Can this be abused? Sure, anything can. This also only applies to 30.06, not 30.07.
Also, business operations always have, and always will be regulated differently than "private property". Let's not conflate the two.
You as an individual have the freedom to hate anyone on account of race, creed, color, religion, etc. and to publicly speak out on those awful beliefs and to even avoid commerce with them if possible. As a business owner, you do not have those same rights (definitely not to the same degree).
