They became bad the moment I had a daughter and I felt the need to treat her like one and have lost all ability to tell her "no."

That is because you a cowardly wimp. You need to grow balls and man the F up.

Yesterday.
I tell my 10 year old daughter 15 minutes of bedtime story every night where we cuddle and I read it to her. She loves it and it's a long time tradition. She did not do her studying in the evening and spent her time watching videos on Youtube. I was pissed.
No story time.
She begged, she pleaded, she made all her cute faces.

No means no. Next time she will learn. Do your work, you get the benefits. You laze around, you get NOTHING. Yes, daddy can be a jerk. But for your good.

It's not easy. In Hinduism we call it "Dharma" or the right path. Do what is right selflessly. She was angry at me yesterday but she will love me for it tomorrow when she grows up. If she does not, it is okay too as I have done my Dharma.
This Dharma?

^-- That Dharma (Jenna Elfman) was enamored by Hindu Dharma that she insisted that she be called that on the show. Interestingly, her husband is called Bodhi. Buddha who founded Buddhism attained enlightenment under a Bodhi tree.

A real feminist would agree with OP. Whole point of feminism is to help women be whatever they want to be without being judged or being restricted from doing it.

Just wish they'd shut up about it already.

You're talking about a woman that doesn't like peanut butter or ice cream.

Bothers isn't the right word. It makes it harder for me to read is all.

And yeah, I know the pb ice cream thing is odd.

You could have been the perfect woman, and then you had to go and dislike two of my favorite foodstuffs.
