A manager once accidentally sent all of her reports salaries out to the entire department. That was a fun recall.

I've never accidentally sent an email to the wrong person, but I have texted the wrong group text.

I have more of an issue with "HEY GUYS, PLEASE REPLY ALL TO THIS EMAIL" and then they don't

I had the opposite issue. My last job had about 15,000 global employees. Someone accidentally sent an email to every single person and it was followed by about a week of "seriously! Stop hitting reply all"... "remove me from this chain"....

I finally built a filter in my Outlook because it was unbearable
