I've owned two. The first stopped working within a year. They sent me a new one no questions asked. The second one crapped out faster than the first. I'm done with them.

I've had 2....one for the office and one at home. The one at home began to leak, I took it back to Costco (without receipt) and they said "OK, go grab another. We don't have that model anymore, we'll just do an even trade for the new one."
