Yes you get an achievement for owning at any given point in the game 1 of every place.
for the referral achievement, i just emailed it to my phone and let it run there for a while

Looks like you have to leave it running for a week.
One day achievement:

1439 minutes played for 24 hour achievement and 10079 minutes played for the addicted achievement. And it's an incremental value, changing the date won't fool it.

I don't quite understand the black hole. You feed it dealers ever so often...but what does it accomplish?
1 feeding unlocks page 2 upgrade 1
5 feedings unlocks 2nd
15 feedings unlocks 3rd

Simply feeding it doesn't unlock the page. It unlocks the first upgrade once the second page is open.
The only way to unlock the second page is clicking on the creepy Cherub/baby. It can show up on your master dealer or in your star, moon, or planet.
