So I figure "fo sheezy" means "for sure" but what does heezy mean? As in, "I'll be in the heezy fo sheezy."

I'm guessing house? I have no idea.

If someone says "off the heezay" it means "off the hook" which loosely translates as "really cool"

You can make any word fit the "heezy" mold by changing the last few letters. Therefore, it completely depends on what the rest of the sentence is saying. In most cases, heezy means "hook", as mentioned above. It can also mean "house", as in "in the heezy", although that is less common.

Just as examples:
The name Derrick can be changed to "D-Reezy"
Champagne can be changed to Champeezy
And so on...

You can use the "eezy" ending to just about any word. Use context clues from the rest of the sentence to figure out what the person is saying.
