I remember Moby on 97 Rock saying "Get Your Lazy A$$'s" out of the bed on his morning show in the 80's. He was on 101KLOL on the afternoon show for a stint during the early 90's and then he went to Georgia to be on a country radio station. Believe it or not I picked up his show in Georgia one morning headed back to A&M from my home in the mid 90's. I guess the atmospheric conditions were right that morning. He recently retired from radio. I follow him on fb.

I always listened to Moby in the mornings on 97. He came to my high school (Katy) for something and we had an assembly.

A great mix of music between 97rocks and KLOL back then. I thought radio was always and would always be that good. Local (DFW) radio is tolerable now at best.

You know some of you olds still have your S&P rap that rascal condom key chains.

Matthews didn't actually diddle anyone; he was accused of exposing himself and then violated probation. Guy was a pretty screwed up pervy alcoholic.

I don't remember him from FM days, but definitely remember Moby in the Morning and the 97 Rock stickers. Might still have one in some old junk.

I remember putting a big X across my 97 Rock window sticker when they changed formats.

It may have been 101 that had Lanny Griffith, but every time I hear,
