J.K. Simmons as the Director was by far the best part of that movie, and he was only in it for 5 minutes.

Yeah, Simmons was terrific.

I liked it. Was definitely very offbeat like many other Coen Brothers films, so I can see how many people wouldn't like it.

Brad Pitt was my favorite character, largely because when I head to the gym, I know a half dozen dudes who are EXACTLY like him in this film. He humored me greatly. I was bummed when he got plugged, though But I laughed before I got bummed! Nice execution, though (not the headshot, the process of bringing about said death!).
