Has anyone taken:

VTPB 454 Principles of Ornamental Fish Health Management

VTPB 438 Virology

VTPB 334 Poultry Diseases

VTPB 301 (WFSC 327) Intro to Wildlife diseases

Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest doing research as a BIMS directed elective. Thats one of the classes I took. Just find a prof you like or have worked with and ask him if he has a project you can do. Its really easy, then you just have to do a report and turn it into the vet school, its a really easy A... also look at the PLAN class (Health Planning or something like that) the class is a joke, also there is veterinary research on the internet. It is easy but there is alot of busy work... if this doesn't help you let me know and I can help direct you better

Good Luck

I assume since you are a BIMS major, you are going to apply to some type of professional school. Just keep in mind if you take blow-offs for your electives, it will reflect poorly on you when you apply.

If you are not going to apply to professional school, good luck with the job search after graduation

I don't think I have to worry about getting in to Grad school (inside connections and graduating with honors kind of help).

I've taken PLAN 370 with Dr. Sweeney (really cool and easy class). I have just 2 of the 10 hour variety left to take. I'll figure something out.

I had no problem getting into grad school. My recomendation is to take easy classes and get high grades. If you are sure you'll get an A in a harder class then that would be better, but contrary to what you hear grades are everything. Infact at UT law there are Elementary Education Majors with 4.0's and 148 LSATs. The frusterating part is for grad school what your major was means little. Also if you know the prof you want to get your masters or PH.D under well enough you can virtually assure you will get in
