Gotcha, makes sense that the lower level would be harder to recoup due to the prices. You're right, that the sooner you can post them the better. Waiting until even a few days before is always a money loser.

I'm in the first row of the upper level in 311 which makes them both cheap and extremely easy to sell. I actually prefer the top row and had those for years, but finally moved because while the prices is the same the resale is much better in front than back.

Also I live in Tarrant County & have 3 little kids, so I sell much more often than I go. If I wasn't making money I don't think I could justify keeping the tickets.

That said I still haven't received my renewal email that was supposed to come yesterday. I've emailed & called my rep and haven't heard back yet...

Renewal rate for yours is $45 average over 44 games. I still have the pricing pulled up.

I've listed some of mine a month out and they still just sit no movement. Listed them at barely over cost. I definitely didn't have this issue previously but it is what it is.

Just got this gem from my rep. wt actual f

I checked to see why you didn't receive an email. It looks like you ended up on our watch list. I had no power or control in doing this and didn't find out until this morning. Our management team does this based off resale activity. I believe they flagged you based off your resale activity. So, you're still able to renew but your renewal conditions are different. I believe you'll be receiving your renewal email on Thursday since you're on that list.

Like I said, since I have no power or control, I can't get you off that list. This was just implemented specifically by management.

We should all be thankful for having Jim Nill as the GM of the Stars.

He's always had the long term health of the organization as his main concern.

Quite a contrast to the selfish and stupid short term thinking of the Maverick's GM.

I felt like there was some mentioning that they would be monitoring resales closely last year.

I thought it said you couldn't sell more than a certain percentage of the tickets.

You can sell up to half the games on Ticketmaster... Makes Stub Hub a win in this situation honestly. I try to split them so I don't get flagged.

Got my renewal email this morning. Apparently the hand slap for my selling too many tickets is that I have to pay in full right now for my 2025 tickets instead of breaking it up over time.

I just paid $4,576. So $52 over 44 games.

Looks like Terrace Preferred front row is 80. I'm Terrace front row.
I'm not positive but I don't believe I paid extra for terrace front row in the past.

I've got some March games I will be posting since I have two different west coast work trips. I haven't posted many of them on here this season but will gladly move them here.

I know I don't have Stars anymore (see what I did there) but I did and I know I've dealt with quote a few on here in the past.

On a side note, called our rep today and he told me the following since we are deciding to opt out of next season.

Number 1 thing is, we don't get our same pricing for this season playoffs. Like what? I'm a full season ticket holder this season but opting out for next season; how does that impact my pricing for this season's playoffs?!? WTF!

2nd thing is we would not have to pay up front for all playoff rounds. For example, if Stars in round 1 get home ice there COULD be 4 home games. Instead of them being $147 which is what they would be if I am renewing, they will now be $176 and we will have to pay upfront EVEN if they don't play off 4 games. The credit would roll over to the next round and we would be charged the next rounds tickets as well. Whatever credit after playoffs are over we would then get a check in a few weeks. I'm sorry, but what?

Frustrating and now the boss lady has us maybe skipping out on that too just based off principal. It's basically like hey thanks for being a loyal season ticket holder and giving us monies, but go pound sand now that you cannot commit anymore.
