Honestly, the loss of potentially 8 or 10 steeple points and the 400 DQ was tue difference. Those points would have put us in position to win if the 4x400 goes well.
I think top 8 is first team and top 16 is second team.
And connor, i think Henry had the team this year just had a few bad breaks...

You are exactly right! I still think Connor Schulman could have scored us some points in the 100 hurdles! I don't know how that protest wasn't even allowed at the regional meet! And i don't know how Carter Bajoit jumps 7'4 to start the year and can't get over 7'0 at regionals! That 7'4 would have gotten him 2nd today

Ushan Perera has jumped 7'6.5 if he's healthy he challenges for 10 points in the high jump, and if Asinga competes that's 20 extra points and possibly a few in the 4x100, to go with a healthy Kibiego in the steeple, that's so many points left on the table… but recruiting is only a piece of the puzzle, you have to execute

Although I'm skeptical an Olympic pole vaulter makes it to campus, it would be game changing if he does! This time last year after losing all we talked about was how we'd have Asinga next year and look how that turned out! In a perfect world the vaulter comes in, Asinga's suspension is overruled, Whitmarsh stays one more year, Robinson and Jaqualon Scott run it back one more year and we can have one of the most dominant teams in NCAA History as Pat Henry rides off into the sunset with one last title

Unpopular opinion, dont focus on the 4x4 to win championships. Its the most expensive event in terms of scholarships to try to win.
