After looking through scores, start lists for finals and season bests its looking like it will take around 45 points to win. Florida and Bama in the drivers seat, I would say more advantage to Florida since they have more people in position to get a couple points in lots of events where bama is looking to score big in a few events. I would say A&M is in 5th place with USC and Houston also ahead. Houston has the biggest chance to drop needing big points in 100 and 4x1 (hopefully auburn and tech beats them). I think the 400H and 4x4 will be the biggest events for us to take points of bama. And of course we need to have a great day in the 800. If the NCAA didnt screw over Connor I would be feeling a lot better but still a chance.

It's gonna be an interesting Friday.
Because I'm a nerd I did a quick walkthrough of all top the teams and their expected points based on prelims and seeds. UF had the most with like 43 projected points, but that likely won't win a title. I would bet someone will jump up and get to 50 points with a good final day to win it, just a question of who. I can't imagine it not coming down to the 4x4 again.
