North Carolina State has listed"accepted entries" into the Raleigh Relays this next weekend. The Ags are sending a number of women and men in distance events only. Unusual for Coach Henry to split the team up. I assume the rest of the team will travel to Houston a Rice University for their annual relays. Hope this strategy has rewards!

Distance races begin today! Start time at 3:30 central time! Men's 1500, Men's Steeplechase, Men's 5000, Women's 10000! 6.5 hours for 4 distance races! fun fun fun! I'm so excited to see what Casarez does in the 5k! I wanna see more distance runners in the west regional this year!

Oh yes for sure! I just wanted to highlight the Friday ones since the track team never posted anything yesterday!

What outstanding races from Gavin Hoffpauir and Cooper Cawthra! The pair both ran solid times for season openers! Hoffpauir went 3:47.32 and Cawthra 3:48! They went 5th and 7th in their heat! Which didn't really have many PR's as the other heats did!

Another day, another Eric Casarez PR! He always shines when the lights are the brightest! He ran a 13:42 in the 5k to place 9th out of over 200 runners!

Maddie Livingston with a HUGE run in 10K! She runs 35:00.6 to place 7th and move to the 10 best performer in school history! The sophomore started making strides towards the end of indoors and her excellent season continues! Can't wait to see her keep growing and improving! The torch is passing tk her to lead the distance divas!

Anyone know of Gemma Goddard is ever gonna be ready to go I hope she's okay!
