Coach Henry was mint lying when he said James Smith made some big improvements! I was impressed! His 400 PR is a 47.22! He beat that by .3 first race of the season!

Started watching the replay stream on ESPN earlier today, only about halfway thru. Not an efficiently run track meet, but at least they had cameras at the field events every so often. Some cringe moments on the 60m and 60m hurdles as runners tripped on the upslope of the banking and stumbled into the padding. Really need a flat deceleration area for that event.
