Heiskanen's stick in his feet was enough to probably not get that overturned, or at least enough to not rush the penalty. He barreled in it of control though.

I probably would have challenged it, but I get why they didn't.

Well, Suter is one of them, so no explanation needed there.
I thought it was pretty clear that Miros stick caused him to slip so a good decision not to challenge.
