All those athletes need to come together and say get rid of the computer. Measuring a thousandth of a second that is indistinguishable to the human eye is too much

Whatever the measure of a false start is, it sure looks like 0.1 is an arbitrary AF even number. If you are going to do it this way, needs to be smaller because that was a non-existent "advantage"

It appears Kovacs and Crouser are along the lines of Lyles/Knighton...rivals that don't care for each other. My favorite thing about those two are the stark contrast in style

That Devon Allen DQ might be the straw that breaks the camel's back with false start rules. Either they ditch the one and done DQ or they allow officials some leeway to review video.

My opinion is if the penalty is going to be so severe...no warnings...DQ on the first one...then you shouldn't be measuring this to begin with. If a competitor wants to try and anticipate the gun, knowing they risk DQ, then have at it.

If you want to keep the 0.1 reaction time deal, you need to go back to a warning system. If it goes straight to DQ, then it needs to be a true false start.

I have re-watched that false start 97 times and I cannot even fathom what they are seeing?! (unless the blocks are trigger loaded and respond to a release of pressure?) If you look, though, his starting stance is completely different than Holloway). IDK - it's BS and something has to change!

I do find it ironic all the false starts by hurdlers which led to the no warning rule/1 false start and you're out led to Allen's DQ.
