Chungs improvement this year has been awesome. Went from talent to talent+dedication. Can't wait for that sub 9 and SECs. Kinda sad they went Mt. Sac instead of Azuza. I always wanted to to Mt. Sac in HS but after running at Azuza it is such a unique meet. Purely for distance PRs such a strange environment. One of the most competitive meets in the country but feel no pressure because everything is so relaxed. People are standing in lane 3-4 cheering you on in 5K. It is almost like middle school meet with Olympians there

Went out a little too hard after holding the lead for about 300. Runs a 3:45.8! Great lesson and great race for the fish!

Similar race as Hoffpauir ties up at the end but still manages to run a fast time of 3:45.60! Strong gutsy races by Cawthra and Hoffpauir

Goddard ran a sit back and kick race and gets herself a 2 second PR with a run of 4:31.20!! Great bounce back from her fall in the steeple!

She's not where she needs to be. Couldn't hold the 72 sec lap pace and started falling back from 2nd around the 3K mark. Schweizer looked strong - hopefully, she stays away from Shelby's burrito place.
