Gemma Goddard and Julia Black kick things off in the steeple at 7 central! Goddard in heat 4 and Black in heat 5! So likely won't compete till 8 lol

Halfway through Heat 3, so 5 minutes until Heat 4.

I'm glad they're at least giving splits for us to watch

Most of these schools are in the West region so a good way to see where our distance runners stand!

Gemma Goddard is up next! I'm hoping for a sub 10:30, but that would be a huge PR for her!

She's having trouble with the water jumps and is chopping her steps a bit approaching the jumps/obstacles.

Goddard took a tumble over the water jump.

Was wondering why the drop off glad she's still fighting though

Solid 10:32 for Julia Black after a rough start to the race!! Great bounce back from her run in the dual meet

Good pacing by Julia. It'd be nice if she was able to take a second off her lap times.

The water jumps by Annie, Julia, and Gemma need work. They lose lots of momentum there.

Natosha Rogers is running tomorrow as well.

Courtney Wayment hits the Championship standard with a 9:26. I don't see anyone challenging her at NCAAs.
