Based on the tv screen it looked like Goddard was jumping them for the first time. She started hopping them at the end instead of using her long legs to hurdle over them! Could have been fatigue as well! She probably exerted a lot of energy trying to catch Vicknair instead of running her race, but I applaud the effort. Not sure what happened with Black. I think she has great potential in this event! Excited to see where it goes!

She got passed by the tu girl on the firstleg of the 4x100...that can't happen. Hopefully we can find another option.

Acquah needs to jump 6.97m this year.
Valery Tobias grew up close to where I did, her high school didn't even have a track! They'd have to bus over to a neighboring school or run on grass or the parking lot around the school.
