Lol Fred killed the young Ags, he made up that stagger in like 4 seconds!! Broome couldn't pick up his knees the last part and Hanson was all over the lane... thankfully they won't have to race an Olympic Medalist again this outdoor season! Still a once in a lifetime opportunity! Fred is going to take some names this outdoor season 100, 200, and 400

This track is old and is set up horribly! Any longer and she's have to be out on the track and they're running 200s.
Just not much opportunity for a longer approach here.

Zhane Smith fouls out of the long jump, a problem several of our jumpers had last year! Let's hope it's not the same story this outdoor season!
But Allyson Andres match her PR of 18'3.25 in the 4th round and is currently in 7th in the finals
Allyson collects her 2nd PR in 2 days and jumps 18'4.5 to place 6th in the long jump!
Nick Mirabelli throws one throw and calls it a day. Our javelin guys did this last year, but I hope he's healthy after missing last season
