I think Annie was in shock when the spear landed. I think that beat her best by 1.5 meters. Annie has passed on the next 2 throws and has left the track. 104 degrees now.

The 200m final is the last event tonight. He is Lane 2, so it will be tough on him with the ankle injury to get through the tighter corner at a speed to be competitive
