Men's 4x400 wants to break their own record next year! Maybe Pat Henry wants to pull what the Arkansas ladies did this year! 400/800 Meter U! We get a much needed sprinter or two on the women's side to help that relay! And some great jumpers! Luca Santorum gives us another mid distance specialist to go with Whitmarsh, Farquharson, and Norris!

Hate to be that guy, but those times were 3 years ago in high school and that hundred was with a 4.4 wind! I really hope she can get healthy here! She was a monster in high school!!!! Although that 23.00 200 was indoors which is really impressive!!! That was her last 200 before she got hurt last year! Which means when healthy she is going to be great for us!
