That's a nice run by the 4x400m B team with 47 and 46 splits

Not even a mention of this and who ran on the team on the twitter account and the 12thman article.

We often highlight the top athletes but there are others on the team that are making slow but sure progress week by week.
Yeboah ran 21.28 and Ryan Martin 21.33 in the 200m. These are some improvement if not PBs.
Both 400m hurdlers Kirk Collins and Ricky Waer has PB in 51.49 and 52.22.
