Indeed it will. Going to have to play them at some point , might as well be in the round of 8.
Your pretty negative. They had some stinkers, but also had some big wins. That's why they are seeded 8th despite a few bad losses. Also, we just took Florida down to the wire a few weeks back. I think we will beat miss state and have a great chance to upset Florida this time around. I know we aren't the favorites, but this is a great opportunity!
I think we have a punchers chance if we get to Florida. We lost doubles and Val lost a close match to them in a 5-2 loss. Our doubles against OU was the best I have seen in a long time. We shall see.

I'm saying we finished the regular season something around 14-7 but still top 10. It's the same story as always, the team that gets hot wins it. Shoot, twice in Aggieland when USC won in 2002 and UCLA in 2005. I think USC was an 11 seed in 02.
I don't think we have had a complete TEAM match against a top team this year. We are due for one, or 4. Would be a hell of a story if we can pull it off.

Schachter won a 2nd set tie-breaker to seal the match. 2 other matches were in a 3rd set. Will play again on Thursday. Great job!

A&M won every singles first set. Two of the matches were in the third set with each team up one break. At #5 singles, I think they must have started late and played a lot of long volleys because Marson won the first set 6-3 but was down 5-2 when the match concluded.
