Last year I predicted that the Stars would reach the WCF. They fell one game short (thanks Kari...). I also predicted that this year they would reach the SCF. I'm not as optimistic about that due to injuries and our goaltenders, but I can't renege that prediction now! Let's see if I'm right.

So glad to see the NHL allowed the Stars to honor the fallen officers, including the helmet decals, unlike the PC, ***** NFL nixing the Cowboys plan.

So are there any options for streaming games that aren't tied to cable provider/NHL Prime?

Wife and I cut the cord on DirecTV a few months ago, not really missing it for the most part, but no hockey is going to make me sad.

ETA: We've done free trials of Sling to catch a couple of the A&M football games, but the stream quality is too poor to be a consideration for the long term.

You're happy about this too? I think we'll get along just fine!

I was telling a buddy that this team is very likeable, there is not one person I groan about taking the ice anymore (Goalies excluded)

Now that Garbutt and Goose are gone I have established a love for this team on another level!
