True story, I want to see a KO

there are few big names on the undercards but some matchups look interesting. i'm interested in seeing dustin drop down in weight. miller and doerkson should be decent, too.

i would probably just watch it at a bar. i also think the main event will be quite boring.

Jim Miller/Oliveira should be a really good fight, as should Alves/Howard. That said I'm always much more of a BWW/bar guy when it comes to UFC... $50 1.5x a month is a tough pill to swallow for PPVs.

Not sure if the undercard is worth it, but the main event is. This is going to be a good one.

i disagree mts. i like GSP and i've certainly wanted to get excited for this fight but i just don't see it. kos is weak off his back, and i think that is exactly where this fight goes. hope i'm wrong though.

I think GSP wins it as you say, but Kos will put up more of a fight. He's going to do what he can to keep it off the ground.

i just don't see how Kos does that though. GSP often out-wrestles Rashad in camp and Kos is 2 weight classes smaller. still, hoping for a good one, but just not buying into the UFC hype machine any longer until they start putting out some better cards.

i hope kos gets his face smashed in.. i haven't liked him since he was a jackass on tuf as a fighter.. watching him as a coach just proved that he hasn't grown up.

Yea, there is no way that wasn't fractured. **** doesn't swell like that that quick without something being broken. I'm betting his cheek is broken as well, his mouth was swollen on the right side as well as soon as it happened.

Just read that GSP outstruck Kos 136-30 and that Kos landed only 1-30 in Round 4 alone. I can't believe how one-sided this fight was, and yet there's a part of me that can't help wondering how Kos would have fared differently if his eye hadn't swollen shut so quickly.

say what you want about koscheck, but to sustain that much damage in the first round and last another 20 minutes after that says a lot about his toughness.

in his last three fights, GSP hasn't lost a single round. if you go all the way back to the fight after he lost to matt serra, i'm not sure he's lost but 2 or 3 rounds.

i'll be interested to see if jake shields has anything for him. if GSP finishes him or wins another 50-45 decision, they have to force a move to 185, right? either that or maybe make him fight two guys at once

No doubt Kos is one tough SOB. Can't believe he hung in there in that condition for 25 minutes.

I was a big fan of Shields in Strikeforce but I don't know what he'll have to offer GSP -- Shields' striking is substantially worse than Kos's and his wrestling/takeowns are on par with or slightly better than Fitch's... and GSP made both of those guys look silly.

The one thing Shields has that those 2 guys don't is kick-ass BJJ... I just don't know if he can keep the fight on the ground long enough to do anything with it.

fair enough.. maybe from now on he can rephrase his nonstop **** talking from "i am going to kick your ass" to "you can kick my ass all day long and make my face look like roadkill and i will not quit"

i would love to see a catch weight battle between silva and gsp.. i used to be impressed with silva but he has pissed me off in his last several fights.. i think he is beatable.

If he fought Shields they wouldn't neccesarily have to move it to 185. Sheilds fought most of his career at 170.

yeah, i meant a move to 185 after he beats shields at 170. basically trying to set up a match with anderson silva.

i think one of those guys (GSP or shields) is moving to 185 after that fight. since GSP has already run roughshod through that division, it would make more sense for him to move up.
