I love GSPs. I just don't have the lifestyle to get one and I know better than to do that to a dog like that. Amazing creatures if they're worked. Troublemakers when they're not.

My BIL's two German shepherd's, Mac (red tags) and Tony (blue tags). He's out of town visiting family right now and just found out that Tony most likely had a stroke and is not doing well so I'm posting in honor of his two boys. He's flying back right now and praying he gets there in time to see him.

Quick update on Tony, evidently he's doing much better this morning! My BIL made it home late last night and was able to get to the vet overnight to see Tony. He's walking around and drinking water this morning, showing lots of improvement. He will get to go home tomorrow and then will need to see a specialist to try and figure out what caused the stroke but he's doing much better than we expected.

the doggie bar/treat station is on the other side, out of screen.

that is the people bar, which serves maragaritas, various craft beers/ciders, espresso, and other things/.

it (the doggie play park) really is a fantastic business and is run very well.

yea, they do several popular breed specific get togethers on a rotating basis, as well as small dog only events.

This is Jewels (my almost 6 year old German Shepherd mix) 3 years ago today, dancing for joy because we were rescuing her from the Killeen animal shelter. In all honesty, Jewels rescued me just as much as, if not more than, I rescued her.
