I lost my dog Wednesday. He was the best dog that I've ever had, and the one I would confide in when I had no one else to talk to. He helped me through some of the hardest times in my life, and will be missed terribly. Rest In Peace, Gilbert

Thank y'all. He was a good boy, a VERY good boy. He brought me an incredible amount of joy, and in turn I did all I could to give home the best life possible. He left little paw prints all over my heart. Hug your pups tight, nothing lasts forever.

Save a little thought for my old man Beau, if you would. He had a major seizure early this morning and is spending the day at the vet hospital. Not sure what caused the seizure, but it's taken his sight at least temporarily. At his age (he turns seventeen this Friday), I expect I'll be making a decision pretty soon.

Thanks. He's back home, a little shaky but able to walk and has at least some vision. Even has an appetite and can hop onto his couch. Hopefully just an isolated thing, but we'll see.
