Texas A&M claimed its first, much-needed series victory in conference play thanks to some Olsen Magic from Ryan Targac. After the Rebels tied the ballgame in the top of the ninth, the Hallettsville Hammer hit a 394-foot bomb to left center for a 5-4 win.
