After beating Rice Owls on Wednesday night, Bobby Shuttleworth and the Texas A&M women’s soccer team suffered its first loss against the Baylor Bears, 2-1.

Here are notes from Sunday’s match:

1. Don’t mess with the Bears. If it wasn’t evident that Baylor is one of the hottest teams in the country after defeating No. 10 Arkansas 4-1 on Wednesday, it showed when the first goal of tonight’s match came seven minutes in.
