• We talked about the MLB Trade Deadline, guys. I would say Jace LaViolette for the run he’s been on. We have used Braden Montgomery.
   
• Can I give a shoutout to Michael Earley for the summer he had? He’s got his roster finalized and is waiting to see what happens with this five-for-five. Does Ethan Darden get another year? When you look at what they had to do in the portal, you weren’t going to replace guys like Gavin Grahovac, Caden Sorrell and Chris Hacopian like-for-like, but you got pretty close. I don’t know if this team will hit 120 homers. They might. To get Nate Savoie, Jack Bell, Lane Arroyos, Alec Blair, Tyler Minick and Dylan Schlaegel, they went a long way to try to at least replace what they've done well offensively. Where they had to go to make the biggest impact was on the pitching side. They overhauled the staff. You got Clayton Freshcorn back. It’s clearly better.
