- Who will we be talking about in the Cashius Howell light next season as a guy who was developed? Rickey Gibson III started at Tennessee. Howell had a solid first year, but a lot of people remember him for what he did last year. We’re looking for more of a one-year impact, like KC Concepcion. Let's keep it to a smaller school player that you think can come in and have an impact in Year 1.
