• I am going to the field, getting a lift in, and getting ready for the game. It’s kind of the same as school, just a little bit different.
   
• Getting drafted was a dream come true. Growing up and wanting to play professional baseball, hearing my name called was all I had ever wanted. I spent time with my family, and then got right back to work. I had surgery not long before the draft, so the most important thing was getting healthy.
