  • I think it's fair to say it's been quite a roller coaster. You go back to the Rob Childress era. I played for Childress, and he is the model of consistency. I think in any line of business, if you are somewhere for 16-17 years, you are going to need a change of leadership. I think that is the number one reason why Childress was let go. A change in voice, and he didn't win enough in Omaha.
