After watching several games I don't see a lot of team play. Hardly ever see a pick and roll. Many times a player brings the ball down and shoots without passing or finding an open teammate. Also the coach doesn't seem to call timeouts when the other team goes on a run. The coach does take responsibility for sub adequate play seems it all falls on the players.
Just wondering if I am missing something.
