And in before "why would they want to come here after our game Saturday…."
2026 Fairburn (GA) Langston Hughes TE Xavier Tiller commits to Texas A&M
Mike Elko has dipped back into the Peach State for his latest verbal commitment in the class of 2026 as Fairburn (GA) Langston Hughes TE Xavier Tiller has announced his pledge to Texas A&M.
An outstanding athlete at the position, the 6-foot-4, 220-pounder chose the Aggies over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Texas and many more.
Tiller currently possesses a long, wiry frame that should hold plenty of weight. His impressive wing span and overall athleticism have garnered comparisons to current NFL TE Kyle Pitts. There’s work to be done as a run blocker, but the incoming gains in terms of strength should go a long way to aiding his development in that area.
There’s no question about his upside, though. Tiller possesses a massive ceiling.

Overall, this is Texas A&M’s eighth commit of the class and the first at the tight end position.
