2026 Lawndale (CA) Leuzinger LB Samu Moala commits to Texas A&M

The Aggies and Mike Elko keep the momentum train rolling with a big-time commitment in the class of 2026 from Lawndale (CA) Leuzinger linebacker Samu Moala‍.

Standing at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, Moala is one of the top players in the country who plays inside linebacker but shows elite pass-rushing skills on tape which could serve him well moving to the next level. He chose the Maroon and White over offers from Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Oregon and many others.

A quick look at the tape shows great defensive instincts and a knack for finding the ball carrier to lay the boom. It also shows a few clips of him on offense, making his presence felt and showing off some good ball skills.

Moala becomes the seventh commit in the class, first linebacker and first from the state of California.
