That goofball put Sips at #10. He probably moves them into the Top5 after losing to Air Force by double digits last night. How anyone takes his polls seriously is beyond me. He needs some clown shoes with his texas ranking.

Around college baseball with Kendall Rogers of D1Baseball.com

Key notes from Kendall Rogers interview
- The way the Aggies are playing, you have to like their chances to be ranked soon. That was an impressive win over a good DBU team. IF they go 2-2 this week, I think they would have a very strong case for making the Top 25. Let’s see how this weekend goes against Arkansas.
- This is the time of the year you want to be playing like the Aggies are. This team, overall, they are playing with a lot of confidence. The first two games against UGA went back and forth, and then they exploded offensively to take game three. IT gives you an idea of what their mindset is. I like the pieces and how they are performing right now. Nathan Dettmer was fantastic last weekend.
- Arkansas is a little different than usual. They are usually very offensive, and they still have that potential, just not quite that right now. The biggest thing with the Razorbacks is their pitching, which has been a surprise to me. Conner Nolan has really settled into the Friday night role and performed really well. Their Sunday guy also has impressed; he brings a very heavy fastball on the mound. If you're Texas A&M, you hope they don't get it figured out offensively this weekend at Olsen Field.
- I love Dylan Rock. From an A&M standpoint, he was such a great transfer for them. I go back to the Texas game when he did the horns down, and that kind of just embodies his attitude. He is a hard-nosed, old-school baseball player who plays with a chip on his shoulder. I love what I’ve seen from him.
- The beauty of the Trevor Werner situation, if you're Jim Schlossnagle, is that your offense is performing without him right now. That allows him to wait until Werner is completely healthy and ready to go. A few weeks ago, no one thought that would be the case. Getting Trevor Werner back and performing at a high level would just be icing on the cake at this point.
- I do not have a lot of confidence in the Texas Longhorns right now. They are struggling and in a bad way. I know everyone in College Station hates to hear that.
