Kenyon Green, DeMarvin Leal will represent Texas A&M at SEC Media Days
Offensive lineman Kenyon Green and defensive lineman DeMarvin Leal will join Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher at SEC Media Days next Wednesday in Hoover, Alabama. The conference’s preseason showcase, Media Days runs from Monday, July 19 through Thursday, July 22. The Aggies take center stage on the 21st alongside Alabama, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt.
Green, a junior from Humble, has started all 23 games of his A&M career and helped anchor an Aggie line that was a finalist for the Joe Moore Award. He was a consensus All-American in 2020 as a sophomore and is already appearing on multiple preseason All-America lists. After playing guard for two seasons, he is expected to shift to left tackle in 2021.
Leal, a junior from San Antonio, has been a disruptive force for the A&M defense since arriving in Aggieland. He has piled up 75 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks in his first two years, shifting positions along the defensive front. Leal is also a consensus 2021 preseason All-American.
