I was in the stands right in front of where that Larry Horton b.s. call was made.
I think it was Barry Foster who scored five plays later for the hogs.
Still steamed about that.

The original "get your licks in while you can" came from Jackie Sherrill following a loss to SMU at the old Texas Stadium. Jackie's warning, at least, was real.

Same here. I was ten years old at the time and drove down from Dallas with my grandfather where we sat at the 20 yard line first deck alumni side. I can picture that play like it was yesterday.

The line judge who made the interference call in the 1989 game against Arkansas was Ronald Underwood...an Arkansas Razorback letterman in 1954, '55, '56.
