Tyler Stubblefield dismissed from Texas A&M's baseball program
It was announced on Thursday that junior pitcher Tyler Stubblefield has been dismissed from the Texas A&M baseball program due to a violation of team rules. Stubblefield posted a 4.06 career ERA in his two previous seasons in Aggieland and was expected to be a major part of the A&M's weekend rotation.
The Aggies open their 2016 campaign on February 19th against Hofstra in a weekend series at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Junior left-handed pitcher Tyler Stubblefield has been dismissed from the Texas A&M baseball team, head coach Rob Childress announced on Thursday.
"Tyler has been dismissed from the team based on violations of team rules," Childress said. "We wish Tyler the very best moving forward in his pursuit of his college degree and baseball career."
