Yea, if I wasn't in a one bedroom apartment right now I'd be interested. Haha, that's probably the problem with trying to sell these though. The people who are interested are in apartments and don't have room. The people who have room (houses, etc) aren't interested. Good luck though.

Just wondering, is there something covering the bottle caps on the table, or do the beer pong cups actually sit on the bottle caps?

It has a clear epoxy resin layer that secures the bottlecaps in place as well as forms a waterproof, level surface over the bottle caps.

As as far as size being an issue I understand; beerpong tables are large. However this table stores well. It splits into two halves and has collapsable legs. It's actually quite compact. and I can also make other kinds of tables. bottle cap coffee tables are very cool, and i've actually been asked to make tv trays which turned out really cool.

As far as price, I understand it isn't cheap. But it is also a legitimatley well made table that will stand the test of time and intense bp games. the materials that i used for this particular one(3/4 inch plywood base, cedar trim, ~ 1/2 clear epoxy resin, collapsable legs) are more expensive than alternatives, but i wanted something that would last me all of my college years and my son's too, and also make every other college guy jealous. I'm sure i could use some cheaper materials to help out on price a little, but I think the quality is what really sets it apart from others, and that costs a little extra. however there is an extensive amount of labor associated with a project like this. I had to crimp every single one of those 3000 something bottle caps by hand and i spent a solid 15 hours on that alone. Bottom line i'm not trying to get rich or make a buissness out of this, but its a hobby of mine that i truely enjoy doing and think is totally bad ass, and if i can share it with others then i think that'd be pretty awesome too

This is awesome. About how long does it take you to complete the entire thing? Could you have one finished before my Ring Day April 12th?

If i had all the materials ready to go today, i could have it done in less than two weeks, working around my classes and what not. However i am at the mercy of the weather at the moment. It needs to be at least 75 degrees outside for a couple of days in order for the resin to properly cure. Asumming it warms up a bit i could have one ready by then.

EDIT: Spring break would be an excellent time for me to work on one, so if you are interested let me know now so i can gather the materials

To make that exact table that I have pictured, I'd put a price of $510, that's 360 for materials (exactly what they cost me) plus $10/hour for what I estimate to be 15 hrs of labor

He asked for a number so I threw one out there, what's to say you can't make an offer if I give a value of what I think it's worth??

Is the resin height the same as where the top of the bottle caps are all the way across? From the pics it doesn't seem that way. Just a curious question, as it would seem that the ping pong ball would have a mind of it's own on that table for girls that bounce.

The resin hasn't been applied yet in that picture, I applied it a few weeks ago, the resin goes about 3/16" over the top of the caps, I'll upload a picture
