Regarding the supplements, Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin C , and Vitamin D.
Are all of these to be taken at one time or separated out throughout the day?
Is taking Quercetin and Zinc without the vitamin C or vitamin D ok? I read an article by a naturopath that says taking Quercetin by itself can be toxic. They say it has to be taken with vitamin C and NAC.
I am new to taking supplements so I don't want to make any mistakes by not taking the right things together.
