I'm currently in Qatar and my girlfriend is traveling from Houston to Doha on the 27th to spend a few days in the desert.

Qatar requires travelers to perform a PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival; however, with Christmas the GF is hoping to test on the morning of the 26th, with results given same day.

Does anyone have a preferred or recommended Houston PCR test facility that can provide same day PCR test results? I've located a few around the airport, but I am astonished that they are charging $300 per test.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does it have to be PCR? Some countries are accepting the nucleic acid test (NAAT). That's how we got into Canada. Walgreens does them, and we got test results in under an hour. And it's free.
