Doesn't seem too crazy. It's about B and T cells more than antibodies.

Can this be tested for? Will there be a way eventually to know whether our T and B cell memory show that we had it?

Yes, but it's not as common or easy as antibodies.

I am going to do an updated antibody finger p*ick test tomorrow. If I test positive, would you still currently recommend getting a vaccine as a booster or wait?

I recommend waiting if you have evidence of antibodies. The problem is for how long? Nobody knows as it appears to be variable.

Do we have any data of reinfections of previously recovered Covid patients being hospitalized on their second bout? I can't find any.

Non-vaccinated 1st infection hospitalization vs. Non-vaccinated 2nd infection hospitalization rates, and/or how many "reinfections" have their been for non-vaccinated?

Nope not that I have been able to dig up.
