Anecdotally, it seems that we are seeing shorter hospital stays with this surge. It seems like fewer people are going into renal or multi-organ failure. It also seems like we are having fewer secondary infections such as bacterial pneumonia.

Anyone else seeing similar trends? Is there any publicly available data to compare length of hospital stay vs over the winter?

I know there are a lot of variables but what are the odds that this has something to do with no longer giving Remdesivir and Tociluzimab?

Tociluzimab was approved for Covid by FDA last month. Why is no one giving it?

If I'm not mistaken, it's recommended for more severe cases. It is still being given, but not as much as before.

the data has shown that Delta is more infectious but results in less serious cases (ie- infections aren't as severe)

Haven't skipped a beat at work since the beginning. Over 500 people whose average age is about 45 and in a outdoor/indoor setting. Worse it got was about 10 people who popped positive about a year ago. Of course many more were sent home for precautionary reasons. Masks haven't been mandated for the last 6 months too.
