I got my first symptoms last Wednesday and tested positive over the weekend. I have had pretty severe symptoms (fever and headache) since early Saturday morning. I've had a minor cough since day one that has progressively gotten worse. I was coughing up a small amount of bloody mucus over the weekend. Now the mucus is breaking down even more (blowing more out through my nose and coughing up more). With that said, I've noticed more and more blood too in what I cough up. Should I be worried?

My blood pressure, oxygen and lungs checked out fine Sunday at urgent care. Still not having any chest pressure or trouble breathing.

The blood getting worse would make me want to see a doctor.

Go get checked out! Coughing up blood is not good regardless of Covid.

I did get checked out by urgent care on Sunday when blood started getting worse and we went to get our 3rd COVID test in a matter of days. They said it sounded like bronchitis only for to me to test positive for COVID later that day when the results came in. It does all feel like it's coming from my head.

Update: Since posting OP, my symptoms have dramatically improved throughout the course of the day. The mucus and cough have subsided substantially and fever has dipped for now. I really struggled for a few days and hope the worst is over.
