It's better to cut it in to a shake in the morning. The quercetin is a little funky to put in the shake as it's a bright road side vest yellow color and mix even a little of it with anything makes it look like piss.jetch17 said:

I take a multivitamin in the morning. It have the Q in the cabinet ready to go if we suspect anything.

Buying the stuff in bulk, then mixing it by weight together saves a ton of money and keeps you from having to ingest all the filler **** they put in the pills.
