I haven't seen any videos so far..... I'm guessing it has something to do with the footage for the web broadcast. So people at home aren't watching random clips when they could watch replays?

People at home don't get replays.

Technically, we shouldn't be doing handguns at all, we should be working the lever action on a modified Winchester Model 94, but that's just semantics.

Why do we always hear "they're working on it?" It didn't break, so where did it go? We've had this technology for five years now and we still can't figure out what the hell we're doing. It's like my dad buying a brand new laptop computer so he can use it just for the calculator on windows.

They installed a new video board right before the season started. Just like at Kyle and Reed it will take some time to work out the kinks.

Also, they had the big screen truck at the game. They may not be able to run seperate video feeds. Cause it looked to me like on some things both boards where linked together? But I could be wrong on this one.

I personally think it's because they have to show the "replay" on board so they can get the sponsor up there.

Maybe they can get Academy or Gander Mtn to sponsor the video - then it will fit right in.

couldn't they replay on the POS 45' float with a "hard to see though the net" screen on it while Chuck Connors fires off 9 rounds (with an extra...never can forget the imaginary tenth shot) on the scoreboard?

Personally...I just saw the play, it's never near as good the second time...

Whats the point in a nice screen when the net makes it look as if the pixels are a square foot big?

He actully came down and explained to us before the game what has been goin on. He says all the new video boards and stuff are controlled from Kyle Field, so he no longer has any control over what comes over the boards at Olsen in his booth. What they had to do for the Rifleman video to work was basically have a countdown so that the people in kyle can cue the video and Rick can cue the audio part at the same time so its not off. i know it sounds stupid but thats the way it is

because that makes sense...

I've got an old telivision they can borrow...it would be nicer.

and if anybody important is reading this...I'm available for rewiring the screen back to the Olsen box if you need me...no reply will be considered a 'yes'

I would have preferred an upgrade to the scoreboard screen.

The video board truck/trailer thing is pretty hokey.
